Default Thomas and Friends in St. Thomas- ticket discount code

Our kidsí favorite, Thomas and Friends, are coming to the Elgin County Railway Museum in St. Thomas July 16-17 and 22-24, 2011, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day, and I received a discount code to save $2 off tickets (normally $22.60 for ages two and up) that I thought others might like to take advantage of! Just use the Access Code MOM5700 when purchasing tickets (http://www.ticketweb.ca/snl/VenueListings.action?venueId=24955) or call 888-222-6608 to order tickets over the phone. Tickets include a 25-minute ride on Thomas as well as access to all of the entertainment and events, including storytelling and videos, arts & crafts, petting zoo, puppets, inflatables/bouncies and more. Trains run every 45 minutes starting at 8:45 a.m. with the last train at 5:00 p.m. Ticket holders may enter or renter the site at any time during the day the ticket is valid.
Whatís nice is that proceeds from the event go towards the restoration of the museumís historic 1913 Michigan Central repair shops and historic railway artifacts, so youíre also helping a good cause while entertaining the kids!
Hope some local families can take advantage of the chance to see Thomas and Friends while they are in town (and save some money on tickets!)

I had more fun volunteering last year than anything lol. I told them I'd work a day this year, but nothing really suitable for the big pregnant lady.

I totally volunteered last year really pregnant. They took care of me...lol. I got water, juice and extra breaks. I actually did the train security(guarding the metal trains from going out the door) and I also worked the information desk. If you did want to volunteer for a bit, Elaine would find something for you to do. Let me know

Can the tickets be used for any day or when you buy do you have to choose the day right then and there?

Yeah, it's too bad we could have gotten this tip months ago. We bought out tickets in May. Oh well.

The tickets are for specific times so that you're guaranteed to get on the train ride.

My little lady was born on July 28/11 at home... Daddy was busy keeping mom company.

You can go anytime on the day of your ticket to get in. However your train ride is a specific time, so be there at least 1/2 hr before your scheduled time to get on board.

Is this worth $70 for my family? Ugh. I love these outings but I hate to throw so much money.
