I've downsized to a sweet little yellow brick home in Old East. My backyard is a haven for birds :)

There are English to French online dictionaries which are useful for words and phrases, but for translation of an entire project you'd have to have someone bi-lingual do it for you.

I have to admit I don't understand what your neighbour is asking. If the child is supposed to submit the project in French, shouldn't she do it herself at the level she understands and writes?
