Default Anyone been in the new FFL preschool out in Summerside?

The kids are going to do a couple weeks there in the summer. Hear it's really nice.

Lots of space for anyone looking for toddlers and preschoolers!

My DS goes there and it is fantastic! The staff are wonderful.

Unfortunately, we are pulling him out for the summer...too expensive for both of my kids. He'll be returning in September.

I know, $$$ for “camp“. Kids are getting 2 weeks each this summer. I don't want DD1 to lose her French over the summer.

Google La Ribambelle and the site will pop up.

You don't have to do the whole summer, I would be broke! The kids are both going for the last week of July and August only.

I agree. We are actually sending both of our kids to one of the teachers from the after school program's house. It will be all in french also, I know because her English isn't that great LOL

Have your kids ever been to La Ribambelle before? They will absolutely love it.

There is a website. Basically, you can only register by the week. It is $225 per week for 1 preschooler.

I think it's $215 for a preschooler. Kids under 30 months are $235? Or $225? Plus a one time registration fee per kid of $55. I paid for DD1 last year, but have to pay it for DD2 this year.

Nice score on the after school teacher. I'm slightly jealous.

I guess I consider the French cost a bit like putting your kid in a sport, or music or something. So I don't mind.

I think you're right! It doesn't seem so bad when it's just 1 child but when it's 2 ...ouch!

I guess the price is pretty on par with what we're paying right now....It's $815/month for a preschooler, going up to $840 in September.

No wonder so many people stay at home. 2 kids in daycare is nuts. So glad I`ve had my Mom around. She`s free.
