    Default 4 month sleep regression?

i guess up to this point i have been pretty spoiled.

DD started sttn at about 5 weeks. she is now 4.5 months, recently we had to break her of the swaddle as it gets way too hot in the upstairs of my house and we have no AC. we had a few nights of broken sleep when we first broke the swaddle but then she started sleeping through again for about a week. well, the past 2 nights she has been waking frequently again. all she wants is to nurse for about 5 mins and then she goes right back to sleep without complaint. Im guessing the breaking of the swaddle may have coincided with a sleep regression?

anyone have any words of wisdom?
how long do sleep regressions last?
any other january moms dealing with this?
any thing i can do to help her? or at least not make this worse?

    TIA!

I had this happen to me about two weeks ago. It was the same thing basically...she wanted to eat and then went right back to sleep. Only lasted a couple nights for me.
Could be she is coming up to a milestone?? rolling?? teething? sitting up??
Here is hoping that it doesn't last too long. It's great sleeping through the night

Mine have all gone through a phase of wanting to sleep attached to me from about 3.5 months to 6 ish months. Andrew has just started doing it over the last week or two.

thanks for the responses it hasn't passed yet, but i'm hoping it will soon! i am just not used to getting up anymore lol. when she was first born i didn't ever expect to be able to sleep through the night and the first time it happened it was a wonderful surprise lol NOW i do expect to sleep, so it hurts that much more when i cant.
