I've never been asked for ID with a pass.

I have never been to the Childrens Museum. Is there anything there for a 1 year old?

The last time I was there I told the usual lady at the front desk that I had lost my card and needed a new one. She charged me $2.00 for a new card and only asked for my first and last name! No ID whatsoever! That's part of what I love about the museum...
they're very casual in my experience.

I would say you could probably start taking her in about 6 months. There are several areas that my LO's liked at this age. I agree, other areas are really for 3 - 8yo's. Go in the morning, mid week and there is hardly anyone there! It's a perfect activity for those too hot, rainy or too cold days!
