    Default London Moms Spring Sale

    I need HELP!!!!!

Planning the event!! I need help finding a "BIG" location. Unfortunately I don't have time during work hours to make phone calls or visit any places to see the rooms.

If anyone has some time to help out, please send me an email!

Basically, it'll come down to someone/anyone helping with this, or I really won't have the time to organize the spring sale - so please please help me!!

I will ask my girlfriend who's husband is a Mason and might have leads on some halls, he's also a custodian with the school board and he might be able to do something with a school gym. Let me make a call or two.

well something bigger then where it was held last time. julie what was the table count for the fall sale? because you definitely need, I would say at least 10 more than that IMO.

High schools were out....somewhere that has their own tables would be great!

Julie you know i'll help out any way that I can!!!

I see if I can call a couple places.
My mom has a catering company so we use different halls all time. I'll see what some prices are like of some of the halls we've recently used.

The church my mom goes to has a nice big basement and no problem renting it out. I'm just not sure how big you need? I've only been to one LM sale before and I can't remeber how much space was used..?

The church that I go to also has a huge hall - St. George in Byron. I know that you could get more tables in there than what you had at Glen Carin, I'll give them a call if no one else has already called. When in the spring are you thinking? (just in case weddings are already planned) and what day? I'm assuming a Saturday.

I would definitely recommend checking out the new church on Gainsborough (West Park Baptist Church).

What about that Christian Youth Center that was used a couple of sales ago? Parking was great!!! AND having two rooms was an added bonus. Plus there was the large entry way, making it easier to keep an eye on capacity - and room for advertisments, maybe from local businesses who want to help out with the rental? Hopefully what I'm typing makes sense. I'm exhausted! Lol.
