    Default Where to get boots

So I need to get some snow boots that I can walk in this winter, and really can't pay too much, and they're just so expensive. I'm pregnant and getting pretty clumsy, and the boots I have are wedges, not good for pregnant walking in the snow. I've been checking Good Will, but am not finding any in my size. Since most of you know London a lot better than I do, where is a good place to look?
    Thanks!

Walmart or Zellers usually have good prices, but I find my problem is finding ones that have grip on the bottom...................I can't stand the feeling like I'm going to slip on the ice every time I take a step.

You might have luck with Payless. Unfortunately it looks like they only ship online in the states but maybe some of their stuff will be similar prices in Canadian stores. Womens - View All - Boots - Payless Shoes

SportMart, SportChek, and National Sports often have clearance racks. I found some Columbia boots (for me) as well as some warm and super cute Sorel boots for $29.99 each! (regular $99 or more)

    Thanks.
I'll have to check Payless online. Since my mom's in the states that's not a big deal. Actually that's what I did for DD last year. She saw some in Payless that she really liked, and when I looked them up online the US price was quite a bit less, so mom picked them up there.
I hadn't thought about the clearance racks either. I was just assuming that there wouldn't be boots on clearance this time of year.

Factory Shoe - if you have $50 you will find great warm winter boots.

I'd try Payless. They do get a bit pricey, but they have better selection for walkable books imo. And if you get the spray and seal the seams etc, you don't have to get big clunkers just to have waterproof boots.
