Looking for a good one, preferably in St. T or south London area. Dislocated my shoulder yesterday and I'm going to need at least one or two sessions to get me on track w/ exercises.
The doc in emerg suggested seeing a sports p/t. Anyone?

eeeek no suggestion, but hope you're better soon!
It's not South London or anything remotely close to you, but I saw a sports physio at The Health Network - Oxford and Wharncliffe. John Something-or-other.
Hope it gets better quickly for you!
