Organic cloth for teething

Hi

SO my little DS is teething and I would like to get an organic material (facecloth?) that I can freeze for him to chew on. I have no idea where to go to find something like this. I know they make teethers like this and probably have them at Cheeky Monkey, but I am on a very tight budget and would like to find something economical yet safe for my DS. Any thoughts/suggestions?

Otherwise, I'd maybe try to buy some organic cloth wipes and use that? There are probably some at Cheeky Monkey too and they'd be like $1.50 each or something like that.
