    Default Viewing a house

We're interested in viewing a house, do we need a real estate agent or can we contact the real estate agent that's selling the house so we can view it?

You are certainly able to contact the listing agent directly on any home that is up for sale. However it is always in your best interest to obtain your own Real Estate agent as when you have your own they work solely for your best interest.

I have an article on my website that discusses the advantages of using your own Real Estate agent in detail.
