Where did you buy your Diva cup?
I would like to buy one... but still not sure... Is it really good? Can you wear it at night too without any leaks? How do you know when it's time to empty it?
TIA

First one I bought through coop arrangement here (thanks to Punchanella) through Under the Moon (now in Stathroy). Second one I bought at Vesta Centre in St. Thomas.

I paid about $35 I think? through the co-op. At Vesta's shop I paid $39.95 and I believe Under the Moon in Strathroy has them for the same price.
TOTALLY worth it, though. It seems pricey in one go, but the money you save in tampons? Whoo boy. Def. worth it!

I got mine through a Frontier coop, it winds up being considerably less. They are definitely worth it. Bit of a learning curve, but once you've got the hang of it you're set You can definitely use it overnight. They say you need to empty it at least twice a day. You get the hang of how often based on the day of your cycle pretty quickly Go for it!

I got mine at a healthfood store back home. I seen then at the healthfood store at Masonville yesterday. I lvoe mine, so much that I am actually going to be excited the day I get a period again so I can use it.
The first time I inserted it I had a hard time, it gets easier. there are a few different ways to do it, just gotta figure out the one for you.

Hmmm, I love mine, but I think that statement puts you in the slightly nutty category

The prices people are quoting seem great - the only local to me store (in Halifax NS) that I know of that sells them is nurtured and their price is $42.99
Diva Cup - Nurtured Products for Parenting - Cloth diapers in Halifax, Canada. Baby slings, baby carriers, baby gifts and baby toys in Canada.
Perhaps I should take a look to see if there are other online canadian retailers
I have never used a diva cup or anything similar but here so many good things that I am thinking of picking one up too - no need yet but my breastfeeding babe is 23 mths old and I expect my period will return sometime soon
I'm hearing great things about cloth pads - seems crazy but true

I got mine on here through a co-op for $20. I no longer dread getting my period. It took me awhile to be able to insert it properly. I found a different way to fold it that works much better for me. I find I empty it 2-3 times a day. It is so worth the money.

I have wanted to buy one for awhile too. They have them at most health stores, I have for sure seen them at the covent garden market store. I think it was around $35-40...

I love my Diva. My flow is so darn heavy that I'd be spending the price of the Diva Cup EASILY in one cycle. I bought mine at S&H Health Foods for about $35.
It does take practice to get it in the right spot. You get to know the idiosyncrasies of your vagina quickly. Some times it takes me 3 or 4 tries to get it in there just right. It's not for the squeamish so if you can't handle the sight of blood on you, then this isn't a good option.
