Default x-post > looking for blackberry help!

thought I would xpost this here, since I get a lot of help in this forum (and blackberry's are "material"...):

    Any blackberry users here?

My email messages are not staying on my handheld...it rings to tell me there is a message but then -- LIKE MAGIC -- it is gone, can't find or open any message. I have found that if I happen to have my Outlook closed at the office then the messages stay on the phone & don't disappear.

If Outlook is open though I get a notifier but no message. This only started happening about a month ago.

    Any tips? Thanks!!!

I am, but unfortunately I cannot help as I don't have email connected on mine. Have you talked to the fine people at Rogers (if they are your provider), they can be quite knowledgeable.

You can call Blackberry for help, as well - they would probably be more helpful than the service provider, actually.
