I even had extra foam so I spliced 2 pieces together to make a double-cushy seat for mr zoo. I am the best wife ever. His bum is so lucky to have me.

    lol Zoo, thats awesome!

(and fwiw, I think the corners look fine. I fine the best way to do them is just pull as taut and as hard as you can).

That looks awesome! I LOVE that fabric!!

Yeah corners are a pain...it kinda depends on the shape and such, but I found that sometimes if you pull it really taut and then kind of “gather“ it and staple as you go, that sometimes helps it from getting bunched or bulky looking.

Man, you're inspiring me to redo my dining room chairs now...just did our chairs from our small set in the basement too.

Thanks mamas. The crazy thing about the fabric is that I was walking by the fabric section at walmart and it just jumped out at me. I still want my skulls but it's going to take a while to find it and these are looking disgusting in the meantime. So i pulled it out and it was on clearance for like $2 a metre!! And it just feels lush on the chair. And goes with the red walls in the dining room.

The foam isn't cheap though. I'd say it cost $100 for everything, including the $@! staples i have to go buy...

the offer of staples! I was just done though lol even if I'd seen it before I crashed I wouldn't have been able to get there and back!

There was cheaper foam there and it is less expensive at lens mill too, so it may only cost you half that. Plus I Am doing 6 chairs.
