    Default homes in Lambeth

Do many of the homes in Lambeth have their own well or septic or are they usually on city water there?

Since Lambeth is part of the city of London and has been since 1993, it would be very unusual for a new home to be on anything but city water.

An older property could potentially be on it's own well or septic system, but that would be listed on MLS. That information should be available to you prior to viewing it.

If you have a question about a specific property PM me, and I would be happy to check it out for you.
