Default Leave when new to a job
Heather,


I have a question regarding parental leave. I am currently in the adoption process and about to start a new job.
I went in search of a new job and quit my old one because the hours were so demanding (60-70).
I knew I could not be the parent I want to be if I stayed there.

What happens if I get an adoption match but am still on probation and new to my new job?
