    Default Reflux help?

Anyone have any advice for dealing with reflux? DD is now on meds but she's still not a happy camper . I've switched her to sleeping on the left side (while I hold her ) but any other help would be appreciated. Also, any idea when she'll grow out of this? tia

I gave my DD smaller meals & propped her bassinet up so the head of it was really raised. HTHs.

DD was never in the NICU or anything, but has had bad reflux since she was 2 weeks old. We've changed meds a few times, she slept for 4 months sitting upright strapped into in an infant/toddler chair (or propped up on me), never lay them flat down - always on an incline. Hopefully something there is helpful. Good luck - it can be so frustrating. I hope your LO is feeling better soon.

There are alot of natural tips and tricks you can use to manage reflux. Have you addressed dairy intolerance at all? Are you breast or bottle feeding?

BFing, and I've already eliminated dairy from my diet . Anything else I should avoid?
