We received an invitation for the celebration of babies born 2003/04/05 at St. Joe's and we're definitely going! I just wondered if anyone else's LO was born in those years and did you receive your invite?
(it's on June 5th)

"My mind is going a mile an hour."
my youngest was born there Jan 05 - no invite received
Nathan was Jan 07.
ODD was born July 2004 and no inviteWhat are the details?
I hope they do this for dd's year!
Have fun everyone!
DD was born in 2008 so no invite for us, but I DO EXPECT a visit from Indigo74!![]()
*~* The point isn't whether they lived happily ever after, the point is that they lived*~
and yeah, Indigo if you're gonna be in these parts, we all wanna see you![]()
And I bet they do Indigo. We weren't there long (long enough in my books lol), DS was not preemie, but was on a ventilator for a couple of days. He could not maintain his o2 sats, nor could he maintain his body temp. He also got really, really bad jaundice and of course with most NICU babies, he wasn't feeding well. We were very lucky though and he quickly overcame most of the hurdles in his path.
so you'll get the invite the next time around, HEA---they do it every 3 years or something like that?
aww, poor guyany NICU experience is a stressful one. i'm glad his was short, at least.
Same as my son!! He was march 16th. Was your son in the NICU for long? I wonder if we met!

I dont think alot of folks are realizing this is for NICU babies (when i click new posts i know i dont always check to see what section, so you may want to edit the OP???)
and yes, we're very grateful it was a short stay!
We're heading to London tomorrow and we'll be going to the celebration.
Roll call againWho from here? I will be asking everyone there if they are one of the LM's
Also, just wondering how people are feeling about it? I've been so excited for so long, but today I am suddenly feeling very nervous and very emotional. Do the nurses go as well? If I see the 2 primary nurses that DS had, I will bawl, I'm sure.
Don't know why I'm so nervous though.
