    Default how do I wash it...

    dh has a few cloths in his shoe box that are covered in shoe polish (they are kiwi cloths) .. just wondered how do I wash them. in what, with what.. im not even going to attempt in the reg. wash. would they come clean in a bucket of water in the sink with oxy clean. do i use hot or cold water.. i don't even think i want to hand wash. but if i need to i can wear rubber gloves..

    Um, my DH does not like me to wash his shoe polish cloths. He says they are better covered in polish........

    I for sure would not wash them with anything else for fear of the polish transferring to something else.

    i know funny eh.. he asked me to wash them. i was like really.. i was thinking maybe just putting them in a little bucket with some detergent and 'mixing' them with my hand..

    Thats probably what I would do. I don't think that the polish will really come out of the cloths in any effective way. You might be better off to get new ones.

    Yes actually shoe polish is rather toxic and will not come out of a cloth without a solvent being used. Perhaps you should just cut up some new rags for him until you can get him some new real shoe cloths??
