    Default Summer/spring clothing shopping.

I am on a mission to get some new clothes for the seasons. I haven't been able to get anything new in like 3 years cause I was either pregnant or losing the baby weight. I want some new shorts and not ones where my ass is gonna hang out or my love handles are gonna run over. I would also like a black pair of casual capris. I found a pair a couple years ago but they are now to big. Also where do you like to buy your tops. I bought a about at aeropostale today but you diffently have to wear something underneath them. Oh ya and I don't want to spend a fortune.

We went shopping in Port Huron last week and I cleaned up at Kohl's. I got 7 pairs of shorts (some demin, some khaki), 2 skorts, a skirt and 2 bathing suits for $80. All brand new and looking fab!

Oh - and they had a lot of nice capri's too. Black, Burgundy, chocolate, tan and white - they were about $16 a pair.

If you go to kohl's there are ways to get better discounts - first sign up on their mailing list. They'll mail you a $5 coupon in about 10 days. Plus, they will give you 15-20% off your entire purchase if you have a Kohl's card, oh and 10% off for just getting a Kohl's card (you can combine all three discounts).

Then I shop the 50, 60, 70% off racks. They have some NICE stuff there. I love the daisy fuentes line, and they also carry chaps.

If you're looking for cheap clothes try Loblaws and Walmart... but go with the mindset that you have lots of time to spend in the dressing room... it's kinda like thift shopping, the styles are there and the prices are right if you keep an open mind and get past the fact that your shopping at a grocery/non-traditional store!

Joe (loblaw's line) has great clothes I find - yes they might not be as well made as the mall clothing stores - but they have trendy cuts and colours/patterns and really at the rate fashion changes why not save a little? Walmart I find harder to shop at and that you have to really pick through everything to find good stuff.

As much as I like to shop Canadian, I was also going to suggest Kohl's. After being in the states for the last two weeks and stopping at a couple Kohl's and seeing their awesome prices I am already planning a trip there for next spring when I am no longer preggo (like you I have been preggo or loosing weight for the past 5 years!).
