Thumbs down PO'd at Shoppers Optimum

I lost my card back what I thought was 6 months ago...guy on the phone says 1.5 years ago and I had $100 in savings I was going to use to by my son a nintendo dsi with. So I finally FInd the card and call the hotline! Apparently if you dont have any activity on your card for over a year you loose all your points! I am sooo mad!! They wouldnt give them back either
Im pretty sure he was wrong and that my "new" card was used within the year before I lost that one....
GRRRRRRR I am out $100 and an easter present

Woah! I'd be raising heck over that!

An a side note, I have $250 worth of PC points - do they expire? I only ever collect them, I never spend them.

Don't know if they expire, but I find them the easiest points to use - right at the cash when you buy your groceries. If you don't have anything you are saving for, just use some next time you shop for groceries! We use ours everytime to get to $50 - it's great!

I got that letter too, LOL!

I'm saving up for a nice lounger for the patio, and maybe a new patio set. Not buying till May though so I should have another $100 to spend by then. (they said they don't expire, whew!).
