What veggies does your 1yr old like?
M only likes:
sweet potato
squash
peas
carrots - sometimes.
zucchini - sometimes.
I'm so used to him taking to new foods right away that I get discouraged and don't offer it again. He's tried peppers, snow peas, green beans and doesn't like them.
I'd like to eat more veggies... and maybe this will give me an idea of what to plant in my garden this year.

Cut a zucchini into french fry sized strips. Brush lightly with olive oil. Cook like fries. Serve with some ketchup. My DD would eat them, and she is seriously PICKY

uh cucumbers?? that's about it, she hates veggies mostly. Unless they are pureed and she is kinda too old for pureed food.

DD1 will eat pretty much any vegetable. She even turned out to like green beans. Her faves are broccoli, peas, celery, and corn. She'll eat peppers, zucchini, yellow or green beans, etc.

yup madden eats pretty much everything too. I don't think there is anything he won't eat.

Mine likes few veggies, which is weird because both of my other two loved veggies.
He will eat:
potatoes- prefers them mashed.
broccoli - maybe 1 or 2 pieces.
corn
occasionally if I roast veggies he'll try a few bites - pepper, zucchini etc.
Likes cooked tomatoes but not cold.

I nearly forgot. When DD was around a year, she LOVED edemame beans. They are fun to eat ...right out of the bag, and you can dip them in hummus

My boy LOVEs potatoes, carrots, peas, corn, sweet potato, squash, kale (mashed with potatoes).
and pretty much anything in a stew if he's distracted while being fed it.
He's not yet a big fan of broccoli or cauliflower, but we keep feeding it to him, and he'll eat it if it's IN something, but he won't choose it off the tray.
He also really loves almost all legumes: kidney beans, chick peas, black beans, lentils... and all fruit.
