Default did your baby learn to roll from back to tummy first? or tummy to back first??

which one did your baby learn first-to roll from back to tummy? or tummy to back first??

my baby has learned to roll from back to tummy first ( she does not yet know how to roll from tummy to back yet-i think i may have to assist her more with this, anyways...) yeah, so thats what my baby learned first.

just asking because i went to see her doc today and she asked me and i told her and she said "oh yeah, lol, babies learn to roll from their tummy to back first usually because their stomache is round and it is earier".....and im just like " o_0 nope?! " lol.....

so which did your baby learn first-just curious

my baby learned from back to tummy first. same as yours. I thought that was wierd because he didn't like to be on his stomach. He would roll on his tummy. then start screaming cuz he didn't want to be there. lol

Oh, that makes me feel better, xojessica, my DD is a bit younger than yours, 4 months next week. She has only rolled tummy to back 3 or 4 times and I think they were accidental. I was worried she should be doing it by now

Mine rolls tummy to back, so did DD. He is in no hurry to go the other way as he doesn't like being on his tummy.

Aden was tummy to back. Evalynn was back to tummy. Once she gets there she freaks out too much to even try getting back lol.

DS hated being on his tummy for awhile but I kept at it. Once he learned how to roll he started to like it though, I would just put toys out for him and he would stay there longer and longer. He started crawling at 7 months. I have yet to witness a roll from belly to back that isn't accidental

Liam was back to tummy.. hw would be trying to get/play with his feet and knock himself over to his tummy - lol. He hated his tummy and would get mad. Now he goes both ways and did eventually learn to tolerate his tummy and crawl
