Hmm pretty sure it was 26 weeks, as she was due 4 days before me. Still really early though, I couldnt imagine.

The youngest one is only 11 months? Goodness. Busy mama.

I watch the show sometimes but I didn't even realize that #19 was on the way. I went on the TLC website though and it said that the baby is named Josie and she weighed 1lb 6oz and was 30 cm long. Crazy. Hope she is ok.

Sometimes they do well at the beginning and then they run into trouble later. She's definitely not out of the woods just because she is doing well so far.

    Hoping for the best!

Very true... DD got much, much worse before she started to get better...even then, you always seem to have new challenges come up as she gets.... Madi was 28 weeks (exactly... was 27 weeks and 6 days when I started labour pains) and 2lbs... I can not even imagine 1lb 6 oz!

The first 24 hours after birth are called the “honeymoon“. Hopefully she has an easy go of the NICU. Best of luck to them,

    Very true.
DS was doing well the first 1-2 weeks then he started running into lots of trouble...he was 1 lb 10 oz.
Week 3 there was nothing more they could do for him...he was at the highest settings for everything and not getting any better.
A lot has changed in 9 years though.

Greenwaves ... I just had to jump in and tell you how sorry I am for the loss of your ds. That's so sad, no one should have to go through that.
