bring the banana muffin recipe! lol.

    Ok, productivity thus far:

I made a bagel. Oh, and located the bananas, filled the sink with soapy water and started a grocery list. And decided to put honey garlic meatballs in the crock pot for dinner.

okay here it is (there is a lot of sugar in this recipe but like I said it's at least a double batch recipe) DH thinks the sugar can easily be reduced two at least 2 cups (I dunno personally)

    3 1/2 cups of flour
    3 cups sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    4 large eggs
    1 cup veggie oil
    2/3 cup water
    2 cup mashed bananas
Mix ingredients and bake at 350 for one hour (the one hour thing is if you are doing loaves, I find muffins are like 25mins give or take

Go!!!! You do not NEED to do anything to deserve it because you already do Think of it as refueling yourself for the week ahead. Doing sdomething good for you can only translate into it being good for your spirits/wellbeing ... which translates in to mucho positive benefits for you family too

Most importantly ... have fun and do not look back No moomy/wife guilt allowed

I won't need to secretly film it, I'll likely have a copy within the week lol but its' all about seeing it on the big screen and the whole crowd ya know? I'm soooo excited. I swept and mopped the kitchen, did the dishes, wiped down the bathroom, am starting a second load of laundry, tidied the living room and the oven is preheating for the muffins. Woot.
