Hmmm, do you need your receipts?

I have to say that DS received one when he was born. it was when the woman that developed them still owned the company (before she sold to Disney.) At the beginning of EVERY video, it showed how to watch the video WITH your child, and how to interact with them about what was on the screen. It's a shame Disney took such an excellent, successful company and screwed it up!

And, FTR, we bought DS the whole set (that was available at the time - 2002) for his first birthday. There were maybe 9 videos all together. AND, I strongly believe that he DID learn from watching. No, DS has development delays and was also physically impaired at the time. WE spent a lot of time watching these videos together as he loved them - still does - watched them a lot. I believe that DS learned his shapes, colours, and a lot of signs from us watching these videos together. He learned his alphabet, pronunciation, and beginning words from LeapFrod (and us.)

I can only find the refund form for the us.
But I agree with Tansie both of my kids learned a lot from those videos - I really have no complaint with them - but if I can get a bunch of moola, I am up for that

Awesome! I think it's insane that they've been marketing TV for babies as young as 4 months as educational. I don't have any, but I'm glad to see they've been embarrassed into taking refunds.

I checked into this further. They have always offered a 60 day money-back guarantee. If you don't like the video, you can send it back. They just decided to extend the refund period past 60 days. I bet it's going to be a nightmare though, with millions of people excited about making money off them. I bet they're going to be selling like hotcakes on kijiji!

I've only got one, we always used the library...but that one is still in the pack...I figure if DS is watching TV I may as well enjoy it too lol.

I hope they cancel this before the holidays as I'm already assuming he'll get a bunch than...hmmm than again not a bad idea if they keep it going.

I have two but would rather keep them than get $ for them. For one thing, I never expected tv to educate my kids!
For another thing, we enjoy them. Seems dishonest to me to return them if we enjoy/ed them. imo.
