    Red face playdates

ok, so after reading the other thread, it looks as though there may be a few ppl interested in a weekly playdate....so if your interested, post here, and we can arrange something.

I'm 26 and my DS is 7 months. we're in the east end but we have a car so we can travel wherever. We're up for pretty much anything.

Hi, I'm interested. I'm 27, have a 9 month old girl, and Monday's are my free day. (studying at UWO, she's in daycare 4 days a week). DH needs the car so I have to bus it during the week and can meet up aywhere a bus will take me. South London Pool sounds fun on Monday. Kristen I've just sent you a PM as well.

On decent weather days would anyone be up for strolling with the babies along the Thames? I know its getting colder now but we may still have some Mondays left that are warm. I know my girl loves to see the Canada Geese while they are still around.

For crawlers, the Central Library's Children's section has some fun toys and an area for play and exploring while moms can pick out books, movies, music and have some quiet chat.

Playgroups at the homes of those willing to host them from time to time? Maybe rotating monthly?

The occassional trip to Adventures on Wonderland?

Childreach/Early Years Centers can be fun. I can go on Saturdays to Childreach, unfortunately its closed on Mondays.

Also, throwing this out there now - maybe a baby Halloween get together in the afternoon on the 31st?

As far as I know as long as you have a membership card (library card) you can book rooms for free. I think its the big meetings rooms and renting technology for presentations where there may be some fees.

we could meet at the library. I'd totally be up for that.

swimming was just an idea...we don't have to go.
