Default Hello any mommies groups in London?

Hi all, I am new to this, but I am 29, a new mom to a 2.5 month old little girl in the north west area looking to get together with other moms with babies around the same age for play dates for the kids and then coffee or whatnot for the moms to share stories etc. My sister in law joined a mommies group in Toronto when she was on mat leave, my nieces are older and the parents still get together to do adult stuff while the kids are kids....looking for something similar as my friends do not have kids...

If you are interested or know of any momies groups in London I can join that offer this let me know. I would love to hear what is out there in London as so far the acitivies that we have joined up for none of the moms are interested in the social aspect of things.

    Thanks!

Hi. I'm also interested in finding some mommy groups. I'm also 29. I have a 3 month old baby girl. I live near Wonderland and Sarnia.

    Default Community Playgroups

I did some searching and found a list of community playgroups. There is one at Cherryhill Library on Tuesdays between 9:30-11:30. There is also one at Wilfrid Jury Public School on Lawson Rd on Fridays between 9:30-11:30. Has anyone tried going to these? Do you like it? Maybe we can try one to meet each other.

Another idea is the Just Beginnings group for new Mom's that's offered through the Health Unit as well as the Early Years Centres. It's a great program and often the Mom's meet for years (I'm going on five with mine).

Welcome. I'm not really apart of any group per say.. but stick around and generally you'll find opportunities to meet with other mommas.
