    Default Meal plans ???

Has been a while since we shared.. so please share what you got cooking??
This week has been a struggle for me with DH's dietary restrictions for the next couple of weeks.
this is what I came up with, let hope he eats any of it.

    chicken Florentine casserole
    stuffed eggplant - bruschetta bread
    Chicken divan
lettuce wraps (these have smoked salmon and blue cheese, yum), with avocado tomato salad
walnut crusted chicken, baked sweet potato fries, corn on the cob
    Butternut squash lasagna, garlic bread
    Homemade chicken and broccoli pizzas

Feet, why do I need them if I have wings to fly?

yeah umm I don't see kraft dinner anywhere on your menu so I am afraid I cannot help.

Have you ever peeked to see what the menu will be at supperworks and then find a similar recipe?

No I have never done that. I have loads of recipe sites bookmarked and mostly cook off the top of my head. It was a struggle to come up with meals DH would eat that didn't have meat, hes not a big veggie fan, . BUt I think I did good, we will see next week, lol.
So what you got cookin? (besides KD )

Well nothing as nice as your menu.

I don't often use a recipe. I think tomorrow will be grilled pork kabobs and grilled veggies with rice.

Other than that not much has been planned. I will watch this thread for ideas.

Last week I made a lot of things that we could have for leftovers but then this week it's the opposite case- only really 1 or 2 days of that - oh well...Here's my week (maybe next week I can mix and match from last week).

Not sure of the days but...

    1. Macaroni type casserole
    2. Hashbrown and Breakfast sausage dinner with gr. peppers and celery
    3. Homemade Pizza and wings
    4. Checken Quesadillas and fries
    5. Burgers and fries
    6. Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Salad

Probably not our healthiest week but with 6 days until my due date, I'm not worrying about it much.

    Ravioli Bake & Salas
    Sloppy Joe Casserole
Stuffed Chicken breast with Feta and Spinach, with Twice Baked Potatoes
Cheese & Spinach Canneloni with garlic bread
    Leftovers
    Order Pizza

Not in that order, but that is what we bought groceries for.

    Vegetable/mushroom Pie (requested!)
    Tomato salad+quinoa
    Squash Soup
    Veggie Quesadillas w/ dip
Pasta Alla Norma (eggplant, basil and tomato)
Tomato soup + perogies (DH's cooking night)
    And that's all I've got.
