We had a few firsts outside today too. We brought DS to a friend's house for an Easter egg hunt. There were many children there, it was outside and he had a good 2 hours outdoors (never that long before). It was kind of exciting to bring him out and do 'normal' things!

Well, I meant to come post, but have been crazy busy lately.

Tanner had his first playdate - EVER - on the pd day. We met up with one of his classmates (who made the invitaiton to Tanner!) at the park in Arva - what a beautiful park - and it was a success! Tiring, but a success! Another paydate is being planned. Who knew it would only take 9 years?!?!?!

That is so sweet of his friend to invite him on a playdate. Lucky Tanner to have such a nice friend in his class! Sorry it took so long for him to be invited to a playdate. I hope he has many great ones in the future to make up for lost playtime.

my boy is turning into an athlete... today was his first day of “blastball“ with Sports for Special Athletes (he also does running and soccer) and Taylordid not put up any resistance coming out to watch. My father even told me that there was one point in the evening that “the old Taylor“ even came out... smiling and nudging up against him

Better late than never. DS had his 1st ever successful camping experience. He enjoyed being outside, he liked the beach (for the most part until a wave got him in the face) and slept great. I am knocking on wood as I am typing this. Ds has gone caming since he was 4 months old but not with out being distraught but we kept pushing him on and his 4th year camping I think we have finally got our selves a happy camper. YEAH M!!!!!
