Oh that reminds me, while at Chapters south I saw a Dad wearing a little one in a white soft shell carrier of some sort. I tried to get a closer look (it looked like it had a zipper on the back??) but I couldn't tell and I was beginning to look stalker-ish following him around the children's section.

He looked back at me a couple of times like “Hey lady, stop following me!“ And I was too wimpy to say, “Could you turn all the way around so I can see your carrier?“

I spotted a couple of moms this Am at WM wearing their babies.. in some sort of a mei tei snuggle holder that baby sits in up front and is wrapped around.. some happy babies in them..

Threeforme LOL, I am wondering what he was thinking

Was it a beige kind of carrier and the zipper vertical? Maybe it was a Manduca. They have a vertical zipper across the back which hides an insert that extends the back of the carrier (for carrying bigger babies/toddlers).
However they don't have plain white ones, it is a beige kind of white (called nature). Maybe in their special edition line?

What Costco??? Usually I am there (the South one) EVERY Friday late afternoon wearing Isabelle either in a Wrap or in the BabyHawk and I never get spied. LOL

No, it was a backpack thing, like one with poles and stuff that you go hiking in. It was north, about 1pm. I can pretend I saw you though!

No, this one isn't it. It had like black mesh around the back and then a zipper down the middle of his back and the baby was in front. I kept trying to figure out how he put it on because I couldn't imagine he could zip it up himself. I'm off to google now to see if I can find it!

Oh and I think he was thinking “Hey, crazy lady, stop following me around! I'm married!“

I think I found it. Looks similar to the Baby Bjorn Synergy? But it was in cream, not black. Guess it wasn't a zipper. Should've got closer!

I got it, that you did not see me, I do not have a backpack carrier and today was one of those rare Fridays where I did not go to Costco (will be there tomorrow instead). But I was thinking, WTH for once I am not at Costco and a Babywearer Spy is running around, great

I spied a baby wearer today at starbucks at oxford and warnclife she had a sweet little babe in a green stretchy wrap in a kangaroo hold i believe.
