i love hearing that there are so many babywearers in london!!!
i have to convert this region or something...i'm not sure what the problem is!
i went blueberry picking today with the kids at a local farm....i had DD in a sling and a woman called out “I'm a babywearer too!!!“....lol..then said she wasn't wearing her LO that day because she's pg and it felt uncomfortable. i said to her that i hardly EVER see anyone BW in this area and then she said she was from T.O. , which explained a bit..lol. then she said she was a self-confessed tree-hugger, LOL.
The best part: she said “our little ones are only little for such a short time...we should hold them and carry them as much as we can while they're babies“
Made my day!!!

"I saw a lady with her baby in a ringsling at Superstore today and well many wearing their babies (me included in a wrap) in Gibbons today at the playdate!"
I love LOVE my ringsling (maya wrap) and was spending too much time today at the Superstore on Oxford East. Could have been me, but hopefully others were there today enjoying having their babies close to them. Best investment yet, both my babe and I love it, it's changed our lives (thanks vesta ladies for the great recommendation many months ago.)

I spied a babywearer at the little beach in Port Stanley today. She had a beautiful orange pouch.

I was surprised not to see a single babywearer all weekend while in Ottawa. When we were at the Bayward Market and the Rideau Centre I was the only one wearing my LO

I was just camping at fanshawe and tried my hand at wearing DD in a ring sling for the first time...sure came in handy...
I was in Kitchener last weekend and saw a woman with a newborn wearing a cuddlywrap the same colour as mine!

I also saw a babywearer on Sunday at the little beach in Port Stanley...back carry in a wrap. Actually, I believe it was the organizer from the meeting on Tues.

How much can you afford to spend? Maybe I could help you find one.

When I go back to work I will have about 75-100 bucks to spend. I love my snugglie, but want to wrap him somehow!
