    Default Wish me luck!

    I am about to go and paint the kids room all by my lonesome... (hubby isnt home yet and i need to sleep tonight) the kids are away for the night before you go thinking I am painting with them in the rooms lol.

    btw i HATE painting. but it needs to get done...its being done as a surprise for when the kids get home tomorrow.

    I hate painting too but the end result is soooo rewarding...especially the look on their faces!...good luck and hope it runs smooth!

    aww that's so nice! my parents did that for me when I was younger and I still remember coming home to my 'new' room and how AWESOME it was, made me feel so special - so it goes to show how much your effort will be rewarded by their appreciation!

    Good for you (why does that always sound sarcastic?- but seriously) that's awesome for you to take on that task alone for them - I hate painting too!

    My kids want their rooms painted (right now their rooms are the same neutral colour that the rest of the house is) and I just can't bring myself to do it. It is sooooooo much work and mess. You're a braver woman than I!

    So we got a lot of it done..I did almost all of heyden's room myself and part of the girls done..then hubby came home and helped me..however I was up till 3 am and he was up till 5 am..lol. Hes sleeping right now, i am gonna go get coffee for him and then we are gonna continue...not too much left!
    oh i also painted the letters to spell out the kdis names on the doors.
