The silver lining is...

I think with the bad comes the good. There are a few things going on in my life right now that aren't ideal. But I'm trying to see the silver lining.

DH practically abandoned me on our camping trip and I was pissed (and still am) but the silver lining is....
I connected and bonded with my MIL and FIL

We're having a tough time making ends meet at the moment but the silver lining is....
I've realized the things that are most important to me don't cost a thing (family and friends)

I can hardly bend over to do anything which is super hard with a one year old but the silver lining is...
I know the end result will SOOO be worth it (new baby) and DH paints my toe nails for me! lol

What are your silver linings?

Our car needs to be re-financed and it looks like its going to be a much higher payment...may have to cancel certain things like cable to cover the extra cost
Silver lining is...at least we can afford a car and have a car to go and see family and friends

I'm not pregnant yet
Silver lining is...maybe this month I will be

I feel like I never have any extra money
Silver lining is...but thats becasue I'm putting away for wedding, RRSP and gifts so even though I can't spoil myself I have the means to set myself up for the future

We're in serious debt, but our silver lining is that we've found ways to pay it off faster.
I have to go to work tonight
Silver lining... it'll give us the money that we need to help pay off said debts!

I am unemployed and pregnant and we have no extra money
Silver lining...I get to stay home with my kids and watch them grow up and will be welcoming a third in October.

Just found out DH is working on saturday- but the silver lining is that we no longer have to attend a family event that I was not looking forward to!

we dont have much extra money this month..
silver linning next month we will have quite a bit extra(hopefully next month anyways..I didn't get my CCTB due to taxes not being accessed yet...)

We live in a smallish apartment... silver lining- it's really brought DH and I closer as we can't run off and avoid one another

DH is going to be gone a lot more soon... but it's because he's going back to school and bettering himself

We're broke... silver lining- we spend more time doing free stuff that is often more fun anyways

we don't get a lot of channels on the tv... silver lining... great sex! lol...
