Default It's over and the search continues.

After all the stress, inspections and whining on my part my ex has officially refused the house in Glencoe today. The estimate to fix the foundation was $20 000. That ends that.

So I am back on MLS and apparently the real estate guy wants to show us a couple of properties tomorrow.

How can I be so broken hearted over a house that was never mine. Sigh.

Lemme know if you find any listings for me!!!

Has to be close to Mt.Brydges. Three bedroom minimum. Must have room for chickens. The further away from neighbours the better. Preferably under $165 000
I've been looking at everything close to Glencoe. I just looked at MLS and I didn't see anything new. The agent says he has 'power of sale' properties to show us...is there somewhere else I can look??

I found one outside of Strathroy for over $600 000. It looks really nice and I think it has an indoor pool

Can you tell I like to look at all the dream houses.

Awww Sorry to hear, I know how much you loved that house.

Hmm, I think I may see a compound in your future, though...

foundation problems? you didn't want that house. there's a better one out there for you.
Stop thinking you’re not ready. – Nobody ever feels 100% ready when an opportunity arises. Because most great opportunities in life force us to grow beyond our comfort zones, which means we won’t feel totally comfortable at first.

    omg, pancake..i'm so sorry!!!

i remember when we bought this house, we lost out on 2 houses before this that i really LOVED...(one of them especially). i totally understand the feeling...i think i get very emotionally attached to things like houses quickly...i start imagining living there, and i start to feel like i'm already there, etc...so then it's like a violent jolt when it doesn't work out.

i'm sure this means there's a better one for you though i'll look at listings!!

    hugs to you....sorry again

Flamingogirl...YES! A compound! With walls, a moat, razor wire and attack chickens....heaven!!!! The secret password for LM's is...'pancake', then I'll know it's you .

It's what three weeks till school starts?? Gah....I'm stressing. This is supposed to be fun.
