I have the EZ 2 Nurse foam breastfeeding pillow and it was the best investment I made for breastfeeding my twins. It was recommended to me and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone planning to nurse twins tandemly. The other pillows are not supportive enough to nurse 2 at the same time once they get a bit bigger (and others I have spoken to say the inflatable one is not as good as the foam)
My 7 month old twin daughters that have been exclusively breastfed since birth and thanks to the pillow I am still able to nurse them at the same time!
And yes, you cannot be in a chair - need to be on the bed/couch/loveseat so you have enough room.
