    Default Soy...

    What is your take on Soy? I have been reading a lot of horrible stuff about it lately.... it's GMO.. it messes with estrogen levels... not being good for babies or kids.... and so on and so forth...

    So I have been urged to switch to Almond milk (for smoothies), and I have switched my Soy protein, to whey protein...

    It's really hard to know what is healthy, because it depends on who you talk to, and when you talk to them...

    So what do you think about it? Or read about it? Or told about it?

    my son has been on soy formula since he was 6 months old. Now that he is almost 14 months he has been drinking soy “milk“ since he was 12 months. This is b/c anything else makes him sick. He gets really gassy and has really really bad runs if he drinks cows milk.

    We also eat soy bean snacks.

    Soy has a natural occuring plant estrogin.

    Soy is fine in moderation. A bit of soy every few days (3-4 day rotation is fine). I would prefer you to use Almond or Rice as well.
