    Default LM's Picnic date set

    Hey ladies, mark your calanders, hold those august babies in.
    Saturday August 18th 2007, site I at Springbank Park, right here in London. We will be hosting the LM's picnic.

    We are thinking around 3pm again till whenever.

    This is just an announcement page, come July we will start another thread to get the potluck ideas.

    Burgers will be $1.50
    Hot Dogs will be $1.00

    Oh NO!!! I think dh and I are going away for our anniversary that weekend! (it is our 5 year!) Not sure if he would want to spend it meeting a bunch of women! LOL

    Maybe I can talk him into going the weekend before! LOL

    Boo hiss, its my grandparents 60th anniversary and my cousins wedding that day. Oh well, I'm sure it will be great!!

    Nap time unfortunately!!

    Sometime we should do a dinner get together as it's cooler then for the kids to play and everyone's naps should be over by then!

    Leslie the time isn't firm, don't write us of yet. I totally forgot we had this problem last year.

    I am not aware of any committments as of yet, DH umpires fastball, so as long as he's not away (and we are with him) we will be there.

    I agree, a later time might be better with naps, etc. What about a "dinner" bbq rather than a "lunch"?

    As long as I'm not giving birth or have a 2 day old baby we will be there for sure!! I'm looking forward to it. I don't know that I can commit DH to BBQing though b/c I don't want to leave you guys high and dry if baby comes early.

    As far as we know we can be there, I think 4:00 would be much better then do dinner at 5:00 that still give lots of time to play and it won't be so hot.

    I changed the time to 3pm so hopefully this will go well with the nap times. Also if the set up crew gets there around 3, we can get it all ready before 4pm if that is the time people prefer to show up.

    We will be having some games, facepainting and of course great food, conversation and kodak moments.

    I will come as soon as Rowan wakes up from his nap. I also much prefer evening plays at the park b/c it will tire them out for bed and not be so hot!!
