I've heard of it and mentioned it in my other post the other day.

I'm happy to report that my baby had a 4 hour stretch last night, which is the first time since he was 4 weeks. Wooooo!

I don't' know why though. LOL. I'm just happy about it.

I definitely have made an effort to feed him more during the day, and when he's not falling asleep at the breast I do offer the other side - just in case he'd reversed when he was getting the majority of his calories, KWIM? Anyway hopefully that's helping.

apparently, near 4 months babes have a hard time sleeping because they are too focused on taking in everything around them and processing it. at 3 in the morn then 4 int he morn then 5 and so on i was reading about it. i was just w ondering if anyone else had heard about it

i'm also very tired hehe. and strangely listening to my dd sing like a cat to dh drumming haha

ah. thanks. never heard of that. maybe keep her room extra dark so there's nothing to stimulate her when she wakes up at night? i dunno. M's room is pretty dark and he woke up at 2.30am, cooed away for a few minutes and went back to sleep. whatta strange baby.

I have read about it and lived it. She had a great sleep routine then all of a sudden it went out the door. It lasted about two weeks and things have been back to normal (9:00 - 8:00) ever since. Don't worry it will just be a phase

Is she crying when awake or just awake?

    Do you need some relief?

shes just awake. gets a little fussy because i'm not playing with her but she has to deal. i was up 4 more times after that. dh is taking her tonight so i can sleep. at least that's the plan haha. i just got the no cry sleep solution and a large coffee.

maybe all of the sleep deprived moms of these babes should get together for coffee, lots and lots of coffee hehe

last nights scheduale was as follows sleep 7:30 til 9, awake until 10:30, slept until 12 up until 12:30, slept until 1 :30 up until 4 (seriously just looking around and wanting to eat) slept until 6 and up every hour unril 9

good times my friends good time
