Just wanting to know if there is such a thing as cloth pull ups? I cloth diaper and am looking at starting potty training - thinking it might be easier to do pull ups but wish to stick with cloth if possible. Thanks so much for the help!

Yes they are called cloth training pants and cloth bed wetting pants. You can get them from me, the vesta centre and I think cheeky monkey.

Yup I've ordered a few styles...I'm sure Danielle and other local areas have some great options. I also know of a coop coming soon for some nice looking ones. PM me if you want more info.

Definitely cloth pull on training pants. I have some from Blueberries that are quite nice!
Depending on the stage you're at, there are the standard pul-on ones or there pull-on, snap-off (POSO) ones if you want more of a pull-on diaper where you have an easy way to get them off in case of poop! Lots of brands in different styles I think Happy Heiny makes one now too. Haven't explored all the options available, but have seen quite a number!

Did you sell off/trade some KLO's to L&A's Mom a while ago? Somehow she ended up with some, which ended up in my stash. She told me who they were from, but I've long forgotten now.
Anyway - I'm going through my NB sized stuff today and wow, I've got more then I remembered. I've got a few elastic issues, but it's a bit random - like 1/2 (but not all) of my BG AIOs. I've also got some relaxed elastic on some KLO's, but it probably won't be an issue with a good cover.

This doesn't need a whole thread so I'll ask it here - how does meconium wash out of CDs? How do you deal with it, since it's all sticky I imagine it doesn't just shake off... I'm debating just using disposables for the first few days...

I just used cloth right from the start. For some reason one of the ones I used with DS stained but the rest were fine. I just threw them right into the diaper pail like any other NB diaper. Some people do choose to use sposies or a liner for the first few days though.

I am going to say “no“ on this one. If you are having stinky dipes, strip them then hang out in the sun for a while. The only way to make something smell fresh when it isn't actually fresh is to cover it in perfumes, and those perfumes are bad for your dipes and not so healthy for baby's nether regions.
If they are super smelly you could try a dab of bleach or peroxide.

Has anyone used Rockin' Green detergent? I was sent a sample with an online order, and it gets rave reviews online...
I'm going to use it soon, but want to know your experiences with it, if there are any. I've been using Tide Free and have found out it's a nono.

not sure if this is where i should ask this or if i'm supposed to start a new thread.
but we're traveling for the first time this wkend with our 3 month old and i'm wondering how you travel while cloth diapering?
i still use disposables at night and wondered if i should just do that while we're away but i really don't want to.
is it easy to do?
does your car wreak with a bag of dirty wet diapers?
any tips would be appreciated.
(i read through the first 10 pages and then the last page of this thread and i couldn't find anything regarding it)
TIA
