Default Are you finished your Christmas shopping?

As of 5 minutes ago I pretty much am. I need one trip to the Toy Shoppe to pick up two items I couldn't get online, and then I'm finished. And not just the gifts from us and Santa, but from the overseas grandparents as well.
    Yay for me!

If I didn't love you so much I'd probably hate you right now. lol

What kind of things did you get online? I want to get this done early for the first year ever!

I would be done if I had the cash to do it. I love to be prepared. I am usually done the week before Christmas. Good for you.

I still need stocking stuffers, and some things for DH. I have the bulk of DD's Xmas and Bday gifts done (also in Dec) though so I feel pretty good about that.

    WTG!!! I am so jealous!

Um... no. I have some ideas and some stuff. I just got a load from Chapters and I have a list for Crapmart that I have to get.

Where did you get it all from??

I got everything I wanted Dollhouse and all assorted furniture, a couple of games, some musical instrument stuff, some CDs, toddler toys. Most of it came from mastermind toys (free shipping in Canada on orders over $75) and Grand River (free shipping in Ontario on orders over $190 until Nov 15).
Don't hate me because I'm organized.

I'm getting there. The kids are almost done with the exception of some puppets to go with the puppet theatre I already have, stocking stuffers, their Christmas ornament, and potentially one other gift each depending on what they write to Santa for.

DH, he's sort of done but I will end up ordering a gadget for him, and I still need stocking stuffers.

The baby...bah, I'll figure something out. Probably wrap up some toys or something for him.

I still have to buy for my parents, sister and her husband. My other nieces and nephews are done and I make DH deal with his own parents.

Lol - I'll be about half done in a week. Everyone is getting gift certificates this year from Airmiles, ordered them awhile ago, should arrive soon. That and the fair trade choc in gift bags...done. I'll pick up a few things here and there for DD and DH if I see a good deal, and my Mom isn't on the gift card list, but that's about it.

I can't stand having to rush around at the last minute in December, esp this year if I'm going to be huge. Hopefully I can avoid shopping in December.
Stop thinking you’re not ready. – Nobody ever feels 100% ready when an opportunity arises. Because most great opportunities in life force us to grow beyond our comfort zones, which means we won’t feel totally comfortable at first.

Nah, It's far enough not to worry. I don't think about it until mid Nov and that time its not too crazy out and you can enjoy it. No need to do it so early or last minute. Balance...its ONE day! geesh!

I'm starting early to spread the $. We have a ton of people to shop for (not by force, by choice!) and my top up runs out in November. I gotta spend slowly over a few months so that we aren't broke in January!

But I'm not going to finish early. I LOVE holiday shopping! And since I'm off, the malls aren't as insane during the week day. I'll probably cruise around them just to hear the music.
