Default What kind of dish soap do you use?

Sounds silly I know. Who cares right?
My mom has always sworn by Palmolive, and that is typically what I have. She usually actually buys me some since she does dishes for me like once a week
I was running low last week and bought Dawn Ultra on sale at Walmart, and it sucks! It works for like 2 dishes, then everything feels slimey and greasy. I don't do huge loads as we have a dish washer so I only wash the boys cups, plates, bowls and cutlery, and everything else goes in the dish washer and it gets run once or twice a week. I always thought my mom was crazy, but I understand now (she is a professional chef so I guess she knows a thing or two about dishes as well).

Do you have a brand preference?

I can't remember who makes it... one of those green companies. I got it in a huge jug from RCSS in the natural foods section.

Ecover. We only buy it when it's on sale, and it's the best dishsoap we've ever used.

I should start another post for dishwashers. Our dishwasher will only clean with sunlight tabs for some strange reason! It probably doesn't help that everything sits in there for up to a week before it is washed?!

Either Sunlight or Nature Clean. I prefer NC if I can grab it on sale, otherwise I'll grab a bottle of sunlight.

I like Sunlight, Palmolive, or Method. Anything that smells really good and produces a good lather is cool with me.

We use "that environmentally friendly crap", as DH calls it. Can't actually remember it's proper name, but it came from Costco.

I use Dawn Ultra. I find it works great. Sometimes i get busy and don't get to the dishes right away and it will still have bubbles.
