    Default Pediatrician Accepting Patients!

I am SO excited, I got Kaed into a pediatrician, FINALLY! it took me this long - but I am very very excited about it! She has a family doctor (mine) but I"m sick of having to wait 2 weeks toget her in to see him! I've been trying to find a pediatrician who was accepting new patients for almost 2 years now!

Its stupid but I"m super excited that Kaed and New Baby will have their own doctor whose specialty is children. I'm such a dork, but I am so happy about this LoL

If you're looking for a pediatrician - this doctor IS accepting pediatric patients, I JUST got off the phone with them!! I dunno if I should post the info up here, but PM me and I'll give you the info!!

We have been trying to find some one ... anyone for over a year and a half... we have even applied at family docs, but not gotten anywhere. I was starting to worry. I don't know if this is the same doctor but when I was in the hospital they gave me this name DR. Roland Carson, 469 Colborne Street, 519-433-2751 for anyone still looking. My baby got right in I don't know if he takes older children.

There was a sign at St Joe's about 4 onths ago that said Dr. Ramadan (ped) was accepting patients.

Thank you so much! We got in and are going next week. I've never got in so quickly to a Dr. before.

I have taken Abbi to see him a couple of times when our Ped is on vacation and he is really really nice. I quite like him. He is friendly, funny and very easy to talk to.

haha i'm glad to hear that cuz that's who we're seeing LoL As of when i called he was still accepting patients, and I know a few other moms around here have gotten in as well since I posted it!

It took me soo long to find someone who was accepting patients, especially because Kaed has a GP already, my family doctor, so the response I got most often was "No we're not accepting, but because you have a family doctor already you won't find a ped willing to take your children because of the number of people without one." hearing that floored me - I have a doctor so my kids don't get ped. care from a specialist because I have a doc?!?
So, needless to say, I'm pretty happy about finding this one who is willing to transfer the care & take new baby too!

Your lucky to get into a Ped.... I have been trying for my little one for 3 years.... and no such luck... and she is special needs so far my family doctor is doing it all... but I know he would probably prefer her to be at a ped also. She is a lot of work... and specialized work at that.

    Default naturopath?

Have you ever thought about a naturopath for your child? They can do amazing things that are much less harsh on your child. Just a thought..i love mine and can make a good recommendation. i have had far more success the natural way.
