Question When does "IT" come back?

Just curious if anyone has an idea of when i can be expecting AF to come back. Not that I am anxious for it to return but it would be nice to be somewhat prepared lol.

Mine came back 'as usual'... exactly a month after the miscarriage.

It depends on how far along you were at the time of the m/c I believe. It took my body nearly 7 weeks before my menstration returned. After that my cycle was still off for a month or so.

Mine were all as normal. The only thing is after the 2nd mc I got preggo right away. The BFP was a couple of days late but generally the regular 4 weeks from the start of heavy bleeding.

If I remember correctly you have to count from when you stop bleeding from the miscarriage rather than your miscarriage date. So being still pretty early on I would think you can expect roughly 4 weeks but everyone is different and it could very well be all over the place for awhile.

Think of it this way your body was prepared to go the full 9 months, your hormone levels changed and then quickly dropped, that can be alot of stress on your body sort of an end stop if you know what I mean. Your hormones can be a little haywire for awhile so anything can pretty much happen with very unpredictable timing.
