Cold weather closes city and area schools
Schools in Guelph and Wellington County were closed today as a result of severe cold.
The local Catholic and public boards adhere to a policy that sees schools closed when wind-chilled temperatures reach -35C.
The school closures come a day after several bus routes were cancelled during the school day Monday for weather reasons.
