Target at Masonville has them near the downstairs cash area, beside the health and beauty section.

There is a store near the Giant Tiger/Western Meats on Southdale near Wellington. DS1 can't remember what it is called, but I know I saw it there a little while ago. We used to go there a couple years ago. It is a little plaza and only has about 7 stores, and it is right in the middle of the row.
They sell some new, but mostly used cards for anything Pokemon cards used to be 25cents each, so you or your child can pick out ones they want. They also sold the large size cards.

    Found it: Freshers:

If looking at Dollarama, they used to be with the sports cards, near the flash cards and little squishy toys and bouncy balls.

Toys R Us, has them in the Electronics Section, they aren't out with the other toys so you either have to ask or just "know" where they are, lol.

My DS loves them too. It's been going on for about a year. He knows all the weird names and how much power(damage) and health they have. He has taken his binder to school a few times to trade with some of his friends. So far there hasn't been too much trouble. They add the numbers each card has and compare which ones are stronger. They seems expensive to me though. But at least he's using some math skills.
