I haven't, but I'll be watching this as DD is really struggling with this. I actually just bought probiotic to add to her food for now, to try to build up her 'good' bacteria levels.

I took this for a short time before having my GBS test when pg with DD1 (recommended by the instructor of our prenatal classes). My mom is really into naturopath and therapies, etc. and said that apparently grapefruit seed extract isn't that highly recommended anymore. It's not really "natural" or something, there are preservatives in it, etc. I dunno. Anyway, I haven't used it since that time, about 6 yrs ago. Before my last delivery I took probiotics daily and my GBS test was negative, not sure if it had an effect or I was just lucky. Btw, with my first delivery I was GBS positive even while taking the grapefruit seed extract so it didn't seem to work for me.

look up milk kefir grains it blows away even expensive probiotic pills for active cultures. You have to get the grains from someone who has them and add them to milk. Hard to explain but that will probably help you more then anything else you could do.
are these like what they would call pearls? Im not sure if that's what you are trying to explain but my mom got them once from my grandparents and she said they really helped a ton!
Why I Love Kefir and What Are Kefir Grains? | Homemade Mommy They are called grains. I know people who deal with candida and kefir has helped them more then anything else has. Plus it's probably the cheapest option. Once you get grains you keep adding milk to them and you can make batch after bath with the same grains forever if you take good care of them.
I do. I don't have extra grains to share atm. I can let you know when I do.
I got mine off ebay 7 years ago. I'll give you grains (when I have some extras) but my sister is really into fermenting and sells cultures as well as gives classes on fermenting if you don't want to wait. This you get both water and milk kefir. I really like the water because the kids love it. Milks harder to get them to drink.
