I'm about to start the follow-up to Discovery Of Witches by Deborah Harkness. I really enjoyed the first book. Interesting tale, and an enjoyable read.

I liked Allegiant more than anyone else seems to have liked it. I have a real distaste for when authors change POV within a series though, it just seems like a big literature faux pas, but I suppose she had to if she was going to [do what happened in the book]. Meh.

Have be you read the Giver quartet by Lois Lowry? The first is being made into a movie and it is another dystopia society kind of book. I really liked the first. Didn't like the ending of the fourth, but don't let that put you off them.

Oh - I liked the start, I was just let down by the plot line I guess. I don't think it's OK to do what she did, unless your ready to end the book. It should have been 4 books with Alliegiant split into 2.

That's kinda what Mira Grant did with the "Newsies" series....
