Default returning a breast pump possible?

I know babies R us doesn't do returns on breast pumps but I bought a tommie tippy manual one from target the other day because mine broke. This is the worst pump ever, I tried it once it didn't even work. Anyone know if target will return it? If not am I really out the $50 I paid for it? I wanted a manual because it is easier to move around and use anywhere. I am just going to stick with my electric one from now on.

Technically they won't...because of sanitary issues, but if you're totally unhappy with the product they might.
