I blended frozen raspberries and blueberries in my blender till desired consistency. Then bring to a simmer on the stove. (few mins). Then I added a good chunk of chia seeds and a couple of tbsp. of maple syrup. Here is an actual recipe.

I choose raspberries because they are so naturally sweet. My 2 youngest girls have almost devoured all 2 cups I have made. They mix that with a bit of plain yogurt.
