Ohsheglows.com is an amazing blog with GF vegan recipes. Does it have to be dinner kind of meals? I eat GF vegan most lunch and breakfast and snacks. I have awesome chocolate nut butter snacks and 'breakfast' bars that I have in the freezer always to grab and eat.

Ill check my links in the morning I'm in bed now

Are they Celiac/ Intolerant or just avoiding it to loose weight? If they're Celiac I would personally be leery about cooking for them in my house if I were not gluten free myself. There are so many concerns about cross contamination. Not to discourage you I just would hate to see you go to the work of making a meal and then have the person toss it or tell you they can't eat it because they don't want to risk getting sick. I've been put in the awkward position of telling someone I can't eat something so many times. It makes me feel awful when they've tried so hard to accommodate my needs but I really just can't trust their food.

All things considered, Crockpot 365 is a good website I use all the time. I don't make vegetarian meals but her other stuff has been very good. A Year of Slow Cooking: Vegetarian You'll have to modify slightly to make it vegan.

    Good luck!

no, she's gluten free and vegan because she was having issues with her gall bladder. she didn't want to have surgery to have it out so her doctor or naturopath or someone put her on this specialized diet.

I have cooked for a celiac friend of mine though many times without killing her. I just wash everything down really well before starting!
